    I first started working out with Charlie, in September of 2021.     Four months in I am feeling ten times better than I did after having my first child. Having two children under 2.5 years old makes it very difficult to fit a workout routine in.

    Charlie not only has helped me get in a groove but also accommodated my training schedule. I’ve been seeing Charlie 2x a week after 7:30pm. Not many places will take you late at night. This allows me to never miss my kids bedtime but also take care of my health.

    Every session I talk to Charlie about what’s working well, what more could I be doing and the changes in my diet I need to make. He notices when I’m ready to increase the weights I’m lifting, change up exercises and asks about what I do outside of my sessions with him.

    One thing I can say about Charlie is that he understands life of a mom is busy and to not be too hard on myself. Since seeing Charlie I have lost 15 lbs (approx. 1 lb per week) and two pant sizes and not once have I felt like I’m overdoing it or restricting myself.”
