Over the last few years I’ve worked with several moms through pregnancy and postpartum fitness, and I’ve seen firsthand just how impactful strength training can be as you heal from pregnancy and birth—from speeding up recovery to reducing pain and boosting mental health.

In this 12-week group series, you’ll get a tailored fitness program that builds strength, repairs your core, and helps you avoid the common injuries that can come from lifting bowling ball-sized humans all day. You’ll have a chance to connect with other new moms, in a truly judgment-free environment. And if your baby is young enough to hang out in a bouncer or seat during your session? Bring them with you!

FAQ

  • Group sessions are almost identical to individual personal training session, but paired with 2-3 other clients who have similar fitness goals.

  • Group sessions work great when you have a friend you want to work out with, but it’s not a requirement.

  • Group sessions are typically 2-3 people (and never more than 4 at a time).

  • Group sessions save 33% off the price of an individual training session. Each 12-week program is $950 (which works out to about $40/session).

  • If your baby is young enough to be safely contained in a car seat or bouncer during our session, they are welcome to join and listen to the workout playlist.
