Sustainable is a word that gets thrown around a lot these days. But that’s my goal.

I want to help you find a workout you can finally stick to.

The problem with the gym

Tell me if this sounds familiar.

It’s the first day of January. You’ve set a goal for yourself. This year you’re going to go to the gym, you’re going to get healthy, and you’re going to feel good about it.

You hit your goals. For a week. Then life catches up with you and you fall off the wagon and can never seem to get back on.

I'm here to tell you that’s not a you problem. Most fitness plans are designed for short term success. But in the long term, you keep coming back, wondering what you’re doing wrong.

I do things differently.

Slow and steady

I am just as guilty of trying to go from zero to sixty in the gym and getting humbled in the process.

So when I started my own gym I decided to do things differently. You’re not going to leave our sessions feeling like you can’t walk for a week. You will see results, but we’ll build those over time. Yeah, it probably sounds a little more boring than “body hack your way to your high school weight in only six days.”

But my end goal goes way beyond the next few weeks, months, or even years. I want to help you create a foundation that helps keep you healthy for the rest of your life.

Who is this for?

I believe physical fitness should be for everyone. And it shouldn’t feel like torture (quite the opposite—our sessions should be some of the best parts of your day).

I believe that everybody can succeed in the gym. I’ve worked with athletes looking to push themselves to new strengths and I’ve worked with people who haven’t set foot in a gym in decades and are looking to heal their relationship with exercise. That’s the whole point of personal training—it should be personal to you.

No matter your fitness goals, I am here to help you hold yourself accountable, not to beat you up. What that looks like:

  • A free personal consult where we discuss where you’re at in your fitness journey and where you want to be

  • Regular check-ins to make sure that the pace and intensity we’ve set for your workout feels right

  • Dialing up your workout over time to help you reach the goals we talked about
